Join ASISF

Adults (18+): €10 per person, per year. Membership is individual and cannot be transferred.

Membership year: the calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December (e.g. 2026: 1 Jan 2026 → 31 Dec 2026). Membership must be renewed each year.

A membership taken during an ongoing year normally remains valid only until 31 December of that year. The annual fee is not automatically prorated by joining date, unless otherwise decided by ASISF.

ASISF warmly welcomes children and young people to discover sports, culture and community activities. No annual membership fee is charged for persons under 18.

For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian completes the registration and provides the consent, emergency information or documentation required for the activity.

Participation is subject to the activity's age, safety and eligibility requirements. Parents are always welcome (but not required) to become members themselves to support the association.

Becoming a member does not automatically guarantee participation in every event, tournament or activity.

Depending on the activity, ASISF may set: limited capacity, age requirements, separate event registration, participation fees, deadlines, safety requirements, playing-level or eligibility requirements, team-balancing rules, or other conditions.

All applicable conditions are communicated when the event is announced. The annual membership fee and any event participation fee are separate unless stated otherwise.

By joining, members agree to respect event-specific rules and safety instructions, other participants, volunteers, organizers and officials, the principles of fair play and good sportsmanship, and association property and facilities used during activities.

Members are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during activities and on association communication channels. ASISF is committed to a welcoming, respectful and enjoyable environment for participants and families.

Membership expires on 31 December each year. To continue, members renew for the next year beginning 1 January. ASISF communicates renewal information and the applicable fee.

A member may resign at any time by contacting the association. Membership may also end due to non-renewal, loss of eligibility, or non-payment of the applicable fee.

Payment already made is not automatically refundable following resignation or non-participation, subject to applicable law.

ASISF collects only the personal information reasonably required to administer membership and activities (e.g. name, age/date of birth where required, email, phone, membership and guardian information).

Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR/RGPD and applicable French data-protection law, accessible only to those who require it, and retained only for an appropriate period.

Members may exercise their data-protection rights (access, rectification and, where applicable, deletion, restriction or objection). For privacy requests, contact contact@asisf.fr.

Photos and/or videos may be taken during certain ASISF events to document activities and communicate about the association. Where appropriate, participants are informed about photography or recording at the event.

Any use of a person's image is handled in accordance with applicable image-rights and personal-data requirements. If you have concerns about appearing in photos/videos, please contact the organizers.

Membership applications are subject to the admission conditions and approval procedure established by the association.

Submitting an application and/or payment does not override any admission procedure required. Where approval is required, membership becomes effective once the applicable requirements are satisfied.
